Cutting a rubber mold lets the cutter place
mold lines in the best place, and avoids out of alignment halves
of wax. Also aiding in the control of the extraction of the model.
I use rubber molds to reproduce small parts like flowers, bunnies,
frogs, leaves, branches and stems, no molds are used to
make a whole ring, all parts are assembled in wax and cast. |
